Our focus is building highly personalised, quality coastal homes, tailored to your block, your outlook and the way you live. We are a premium custom builder, but we are not an ultra high-end architectural firm chasing the very top of the market. We build considered, well-resolved family homes to a genuinely high standard, and we take the time to understand what each client actually needs.

We build above the minimum
Plenty of builders will meet the standard and stop there. In a coastal environment, meeting the standard is not the same as building a home that stays comfortable, private and durable for decades.
Our builds tend to exceed the minimum industry requirements. Considered room proportions, better insulation, glazing selected for the aspect and the sun, and the salt-tolerant materials and detailing a coastal home genuinely needs. It costs a little more to build that way. It costs considerably less to live in, and it lasts.

We take the blocks other builders pass on
Land in this region often comes with something attached. A steep fall, sandstone and rock to excavate, a flood affectation along a lagoon or creek line, a bushfire rating on a block that borders bushland, or a heritage overlay in an established street.
None of it is a problem once someone has read it properly and designed for it. That is the part we enjoy, and it is what we have built our local reputation on. We will tell you honestly what your block needs and what it will cost, and then we will build it properly, from what lies beneath the slab to the finishing touches. Plenty of the best homes we build come off blocks that looked difficult on paper.
