An approved plan is a design, not a fixed price, and sometimes the finishes specified sit above the budget you have in mind. This is where we can help. Drawing on our standard inclusions and long-standing supplier relationships, we can suggest comparable fixtures and finishes that achieve a similar look and feel for less, without changing the home you fell in love with on paper.
