“I began my journey in construction in Austria as an engineering student. During the holidays I worked as a labourer, and that’s where I discovered my passion for the hands-on nature of home building over commercial projects. Since then I’ve devoted my career to creating beautiful, high-quality homes.

I was lucky enough to land in the Northern Beaches when I arrived from Austria, and I’ve never left. Why wouldn’t you want to live somewhere that feels like a holiday every day? Mel and I have raised our family here and now we all live within kilometres of each other in Manly. We can’t see ourselves anywhere else.

Having built in the region for over 30 years, we know it like the back of our hand. Even our tradespeople and suppliers are locals to the area. With that deep local knowledge, we can help you navigate the challenges of building here and working with council with ease.

We design and build custom homes, tailored to your specific needs and preferences as well as the shape, size and aspect of your land. Our expertise shines in tackling the unique challenges of the Northern Beaches, from designing on sloping blocks to ensuring compliance with strict flood and flame zone regulations. We love to take on the blocks that others in the industry prefer not to touch. Marc and I are well known in the region for having a knack for problem solving, and being able to identify potential problems in the plans before they cause costly and time-consuming issues down the track is one of our real strengths.
