Having spent more than 15 years building, and delivering over 200 homes, Brad Caldon is is a second generation builder who followed in his father’s footsteps. He has led large scale commercial projects, run his own timber joinery business, and taken home multiple regional HIA awards for tradesmanship, design and interior design.
When you build with Wattle Court, you work directly with Brad and his team who all live local and understand the needs and lifestyles of Mid-Coast families.
Our team and trades are like family and our clients become part of that extended family. Most of our trade base has been with Brad since the beginning, some having worked alongside his father before him. Our process is personal, friendly and honest from your first meeting.
