We have several ways to start your new home building journey:
- If you’re looking to build on land you already own, or are about to purchase, we can meet you on site for a quick assessment and then tailor a plan to suit your aspect and block conditions.
- If you’re looking for land, we offer a range of House and Land packages that are all-inclusive and priced ready to buy.
- If you’re in an existing home and don’t want to lose the location, we do knock down rebuilds which give you the option to stay where you are but build a new home that maximises your block.
- If you own acreage or rural property, we have a range of wide designs that take advantage of your scenic outlook.
- If your block comes with a few complications – flood planning levels, a bushfire rating, a slope or difficult access – this is the work we genuinely enjoy. We’ll tell you honestly what it takes to build there.
