- Cobbitty, Theresa Park and Bringelly. Rural-residential country on the northern side of the territory, close to the new airport and the Aerotropolis, and popular with families building larger homes on bigger blocks.
- The Oaks, Oakdale and Belimbla Park. Village pockets wrapped in farmland and bushland on the western side of the Wollondilly. Ideal for homes designed to open up to a garden, a view and a fire in winter.
