Wattle Court Sydney South West
Wattle Court Sydney South West is a local, family-owned home builder delivering new and custom homes across Campbelltown, Camden and the Wollondilly. Owned and operated by Joshua and Zuzana Bell, it was built on a simple belief: that clients deserve to genuinely enjoy their building experience.
We build family homes in new estates, knockdown rebuilds in established suburbs, dual occupancy and duplex homes, acreage homes, house and land packages and custom homes, all tailored to your block and the way our clients live. Whether you are entering the market for the first time or building your forever home, you work with a builder who treats you like family.

Meet the builder - Josh & Zuzana Bell
Our role is simple: to guide you through the process with honesty, clarity and care.
“I started on the tools. I did my plumbing apprenticeship straight out of school and spent years on site before I ever picked up a set of drawings in an office, and I think that’s the part that matters most. When I walk through a frame, I’m not reading a report about it. I’ve done that work.
From there I moved across into building and construction management, and spent the next decade running projects across residential, commercial and education, from apartment developments and industrial estates through to a retirement village and a school auditorium. Projects worth twenty, forty, a hundred million dollars, where the planning has to be right because there is no room for it not to be.
What I learned on those jobs is that the difference between a build that runs well and one that doesn’t is almost never the trades. It’s the preparation. Know your site, document your design, sequence your trades, and the rest follows.
Zuzana and I live in Camden Park with our two daughters, Isla and Millie. This is our patch. We know the suburbs, the estates and the councils because we live in them, and our kids will grow up here.
