A local builder with experience
Our passion is excellence in every build
Having spent more than 15 years building, and delivering over 200 homes, Brad Caldon is is a second generation builder who followed in his father’s footsteps. He has led large scale commercial projects, run his own timber joinery business, and taken home multiple regional HIA awards for tradesmanship, design and interior design.
When you build with Wattle Court, you work directly with Brad and his team who all live local and understand the needs and lifestyles of Mid-Coast families.
Our team and trades are like family and our clients become part of that extended family. Most of our trade base has been with Brad since the beginning, some having worked alongside his father before him. Our process is personal, friendly and honest from your first meeting.
Brad and Tori are building homes in the same communities they grew up in, and they understand the heart of the region. It is knowledge and passion that shows up in the everyday communications, operations and customer support you’ll receive.
Experts in Building for Coastal and Country Living
We take the time to get things right, from the ground up. Here's what sets us apart:
- We thrive on a challenge. From what lies beneath the slab to the finishing touches, Brad is obsessed with getting the details right, especially on the complex blocks other builders would rather avoid.
- Locals at hand. A dedicated team of staff and trades who all live locally, so you always know who to call for an update.
- Customer-led service. You’re in control of your home and vision, while we bring our knowledge and professional advice.
- Build flexibility. Tailor your home to your lifestyle and preferences. You’re not locked into a plan that someone else decided was right for you.
- Quality. We don’t cut corners. We pride ourselves on building beyond other builders’ standards and ensuring the details are not glossed over. We want your home to last, and our reputation depends on it.
- Clear, fixed pricing. We present transparent quotes, and once you sign a contract with us, the price we quote is the price you pay.
- Award-winning craftsmanship. Multiple regional HIA awards recognising excellence in tradesmanship, design and interior design.
