I’m Joshua Bell, and together with my wife Zuzana, we’re proud to be building Wattle Court homes across Sydney’s South West. We cover Camden, Campbelltown, Wollondilly Shire and the greater Macarthur Region.

With over 20 years of combined experience in construction, our background spans the full spectrum of the industry. Josh’s career began on the tools as a tradesman plumber, before progressing through site leadership and ultimately leading complex multi-million-dollar construction projects across the residential, commercial, and education sectors. Zuzana brings more than a decade of experience across construction operations, procurement, and residential project delivery.
Together, this experience allows us to apply the discipline, systems, and quality standards of large-scale, complex projects to the place that matters most — your home.
