Wattle Court Sunshine Coast is a local, family-owned home builder delivering new and custom homes across the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions. Owned and operated by Mark and Debbie Stoffels, the business was built on a simple belief: that clients deserve to genuinely enjoy their building experience.
We build acreage homes, standard lot family homes, coastal Knockdown Rebuilds, house and land packages and custom homes, all tailored to your block and the way our clients live. Whether you are entering the market for the first time or building your forever home, you work with a builder who treats you like family.

When you’ve been building houses for as long as we have, you learn a thing or two about what works and what doesn’t.
“From as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to become a builder. My father was one and I spent every school holiday and any other opportunity I had working alongside him. I’ve now been building houses for the last 40 years and I’m as passionate about it now as I was when I first followed in my father’s footsteps. Building homes is so entwined with our way of life you’ll find Deb and I scoping out new builds in the region when we’re not on the tools ourselves.
From our experience, minimum industry standards don’t always translate to ideal liveability. We make a point to ensure that every aspect of your home exceeds these standards. Experience has also taught us the value of asking plenty of questions upfront to ensure every space in the house meets your unique needs. Our vision is not just to build homes, but to create environments that significantly improve the lives of our clients in the long term.”
