I’m Joshua Bell and with my wife, Zuzana, we’re proud to be building Wattle Court homes in the South Western Sydney region. I’ve spent my career working across multi-million dollar residential and commercial builds, and Zuzana has over a decade of expertise in construction operations, procurement, and residential project delivery. Together, we work closely with trades, consultants, suppliers, and families to bring high-quality homes to life.

With years of experience, we know what works and what doesn’t.
I’m a licensed builder in both NSW and QLD, with experience spanning across high-end residential homes, commercial developments, education facilities and mixed-use projects. I began my career as a tradesman plumber, which taught me the value of doing things properly and understanding the finer details that make a home function at its best.
From there, I moved into site coordination, project engineering and project management—roles that taught me how to take a build from concept to handover with confident leadership and clear, consistent communication. During this time, I learned the importance of forming strong teams, supporting trades and consultants, and building people up so everyone can deliver their best work.
Across every project, I stay focused on three things:
